Your account information, profile details, persona result, 3C Passport, event registrations, GOTO Exchange activity, PECONet and PECOCircle participation help PECOWorld connect you with relevant people, spaces and opportunities.

Contact details such as email, phone number and LinkedIn are controlled through your profile visibility settings. Your name, bio, persona and 3C Passport may be visible to other members so collaboration can happen with context.

PECOWorld uses your data to operate the platform, support member discovery, manage events, send joining information, show approved activity in PECOPulse, recommend relevant spaces and keep the community safe.

If you opt in, PECOWorld may also send platform updates, event reminders, newsletters, ecosystem stories and related opportunities. You can change these preferences from your profile.

Event hosts and platform administrators can view information required to manage registrations, approve requests, send joining details and coordinate sessions.

When an event uses Zoom registration, PECOWorld may register approved participants with Zoom so each participant receives a direct joining link. Externally hosted events use the link provided by the organiser.

PECOWorld does not sell member information. Data is shared only where required to operate the platform, support the relevant event or space, comply with law, or work with trusted service providers such as email, hosting, analytics, storage and video-meeting tools.

Members remain responsible for what they choose to post publicly or share directly with other members.

You can update your profile, visibility settings, consent preferences and 3C Passport from your account. You may request help, corrections or account deletion by contacting PECOWorld support.

Some records may be retained where needed for event administration, community safety, legal obligations, audit trails or legitimate platform operations.
