The Summit is no longer a gathering of conversations. It is a structured, 4-day journey designed to move participants from dialogue to conviction, culminating in shared ownership of global challenges.
Before you build change, you need to know how you build. The PECO Persona Test is a short, powerful reflection exercise that identifies your primary orientation — are you a Partner, an Entrepreneur, or a Citizen?
This isn't a score or a judgement. It's a lens — helping you engage more intentionally, connect with the right people, and step into your highest contribution at the Summit and beyond. Most people fit more than one role. The test reveals your primary leaning.
You hold resources — funding, infrastructure, legitimacy — and seek effective ways to deploy them for lasting impact.
You have built an approach that works. You need the partner who can resource it and the community that can carry it.
